Legal terms for using InfraDealer, operated by MALWA TROLLEY

1. Parties

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and MALWA TROLLEY operating InfraDealer (https://infradealer.com).

2. Marketplace Model

InfraDealer is a digital B2B marketplace for discovery and lead generation related to heavy equipment. We do not sell or ship equipment inventory. Transactions for machinery occur between Users off-platform.

3. Digital Services & Payments

Fees for wallet, tokens, featured listings, advertising and subscriptions are for digital services only and may be collected via PhonePe, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, CCAvenue, Stripe or similar gateways.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, comply with law, and not misuse the Platform. Off-platform payments for equipment are at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MALWA TROLLEY / InfraDealer is not liable for User-to-User equipment deals, fraud between Users, or logistics/RTO/financing disputes.

6. Governing Law

Laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
